Whether you feel left behind because your friends are further along in their careers, getting married, having children, and/or doing those “grown up” things you may not have gotten to yet, this is a space for you to learn how to deal with it all and learn to appreciate the time it takes to know yourself.
You can sign up for a meeting up to 4 hours before we start and you can drop in on a group as-needed.
