About the event

This is an online, weekly support group for BIPOC adults to process the stress, anxiety, and pressure of accomplishing certain milestones.

Whether you feel left behind because your friends are further along in their careers, getting married, having children, and/or doing those “grown up” things you may not have gotten to yet, this is a space for you to learn how to deal with it all and learn to appreciate the time it takes to know yourself.

You can sign up for a meeting up to 4 hours before we start and you can drop in on a group as-needed.
