FAQs

What should I expect at a consultation?

Think of it as an interview. You're interviewing us.

It is important that you feel comfortable and heard so please feel free to ask questions about our experience, interventions, and therapeutic style.

We will explore your symptoms and some ways we can be of help but keep in mind this is not a therapy session and no treatment or interventions will be provided.

How much does therapy cost?

Our standard rate for sessions is:

$150/Session for Individual Therapy

$225/Session for Couples therapy.

We offer low-cost therapy as low as $80/session for individual therapy and $110/session for couples therapy.

Slots are limited and fill up fast. Please contact us to inquire regarding availability..

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network providers for insurances and are able to work with you if you have a PPO-Type of insurance.

To learn more about using your PPO Insurance with us, see our easy-to-use guide.

Can we do therapy every other week?

It is our policy not to start treatment at a biweekly basis if you are a new client. Therapy requires that you feel safe, comfortable, and understood by your therapist and for that, we need to build a therapeutic relationship. Seeing each other every other week will hinder that process.

Do you offer online/video therapy?

Yes! At this time, all sessions are being held virtually.

As long as you live in California, have access to reliable internet, and have a safe and quiet space for therapy, we can still work together via video sessions.
