DO YOU OFFER THERAPY ONLINE?
Yes! We offer online therapy throughout California. Our in-person services are offered at our office in Pasadena, CA.

CAN I START THERAPY EVERY OTHER WEEK?
Therapy requires that you feel safe, comfortable, and understood by your therapist and for that, we need to build a therapeutic relationship. Seeing each other every other week will hinder that process. We ask that all new clients commit to weekly therapy for the first six weeks.
