Interested in working with us? Use the link above to schedule a free consultation with one of our therapists. Consultations are held via video and last about 15-20 minutes.

Request an insurance check

If you would like to use your insurance to pay for your mental health services with TOC Therapy, use the link above to request an insurance and benefits check. This information is also included in your initial questionnaire when you schedule a free consultation.

Request for a sliding scale slot

If you are not able to use insurance and would like to request a lower-cost slot (AKA Sliding Scale slot) to work with one of our therapists of color, please use this form to do so.

Client Portal Link

For current TOC Therapy Clients: you can reschedule or cancel an appointment through your client portal as well as view invoices or receipts. You can also use the client portal to send your therapist a secure message.
