A daughter of immigrants herself, Marialejandra works with daughters of immigrants who want to improve their self-esteem and learn to trust themselves. She supports you in managing stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and guilt associated with the pressures and expectations of being a first-generation child of immigrants.

While therapeutic, this is not a substitute for individual therapy. It's a supportive group program focused on personal growth and skill-building.
What if I can't attend all sessions?
You can sign up for the dates and topics you are most interested in. While we would love to see you all twelve weeks, our group is designed to be flexible.
Do you offer flexible payment plans?
Of course! You can sign up for each meeting as you go, pay monthly, pay half, or pay fully-- whatever fits you best!
