Is anxiety actually GOOD for you?
This Monday we spoke about the evolutionary role that anxiety plays in protecting us and how we can use aspects of our anxious features to build strength and resiliency.
This does not mean that anxiety is *easy* or that we are not struggling but that as we learn to manage our anxiety we can actually use some of those very features to help us in our relationship and in our own mental health.
You (and anxiety) are not inherently bad. Remember one of the biggest lessons from therapy: the world is not black and white.
